Cannock Malayalee Onam Celebration

The Cannock Malayalee Association Onam Celebration is a vibrant celebration of Kerala’s most cherished festival, bringing together Malayalee families and friends in Cannock and the surrounding areas.

Onam is a celebration of togetherness, prosperity, tradition and community spirit. Our Onam celebration provides an opportunity for everyone to come together and enjoy the rich cultural heritage of Kerala through traditional programmes, music, dance, games and entertainment.

The celebration includes colourful Pookalam, traditional Onam games, cultural performances, music, dance and a grand Onam Sadhya, bringing the authentic flavours and traditions of Kerala to our community in Cannock.

The event also provides a wonderful platform for children and adults to participate, showcase their talents and connect with friends and families. It is a time to celebrate our roots, create new memories and pass Kerala’s traditions and values on to the next generation.

The Cannock Malayalee Association welcomes everyone to join us in celebrating the spirit of Onam — a festival of unity, happiness, friendship and togetherness.
